Agha Engineering, LLC was contracted by the Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) to perform design, bidding, and construction phase services for channel conveyance improvements along HCFCD Unit D118-14-00, which is a tributary of Keegans Bayou, and stormwater detention basin improvements along Keegan’s Bayou (D118-00-00), which is a tributary of Brays Bayou D100-00-00.
The project included modifications of an existing Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) detention basin. The project consisted of implementing the recommended alternative as outlined in the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) conducted also by Agha Engineering, which built on the watershed feasibility study completed in 2022.
